The Quality Policy Cisvasa is to provide a service that ensures compliance with the requirements agreed with our clients, through the establishment of procedures, processes, work practices and directing our efforts to continuously improve our service. Our desire to provide a service that provides full satisfaction of the needs of our clients, we undertake to fulfill the following commitments:
- ➣ To ensure that all the requirements agreed with our clients, be understood clearly and precisely fulfilled on time and without errors.
- ➣ consider quality as a key aspect of all our operations, so Cisvasa promises to have a quality system in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001 Quality Management.
- ➣ develop a service that fully satisfies our customers, contributing to the improvement of their performances and compliance requirements that are applicable.
- ➣ Fix and commit ourselves to continuous improvement objectives of our actions, which are clearly perceived by our customers, based on the principle of:
